Who can take part
- You have a type of testicular cancer called pure seminoma, confirmed by biopsy.
- Cancer has spread to lymph nodes in your belly or groin, and the largest spot is 5 cm or smaller.
- You have not had chemotherapy other than a single dose of carboplatin, and you have not had radiation to the belly area.
- Your general health is good, and you do not have a life-threatening or serious mental illness.
- You are willing to have surgery to remove the affected lymph nodes (RPLND).
