  • You have AML confirmed by a doctor
  • You’re 18 years or older and can sign consent
  • Your day-to-day functioning is good (Karnofsky score 70 or higher)
  • You have not used steroid medicine in the 4 weeks before your first vaccine dose
  • You are not pregnant or breast-feeding
  • You do not have major heart, liver, or kidney problems or organ transplant history
