Who can take part
- You have AML (acute myeloid leukemia) that came back after a stem cell transplant.
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2).
- You have not had another cancer treatment in the past 3 years (except for some minor skin cancers).
- You do not have active heart disease, serious infections (like hepatitis B/C, HIV, or syphilis), or a mental condition that would make it hard to follow the study plan.
- If you are pregnant or could become pregnant, you must agree to use birth control during treatment.
