Who can take part

  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that is either newly diagnosed or has come back after previous treatment.
  • Your doctor plans to treat you with decitabine and venetoclax as standard of care.
  • You are in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities) with normal liver and kidney function.
  • You must not have certain other serious medical conditions like active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled infections, or major heart problems.
  • If you are of childbearing potential, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study.
