Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older and able to sign consent after understanding risks
  • You have a confirmed high-grade glioma (grade 3 or 4) that is coming back after prior standard treatment
  • Your scans must show the tumor is in the study treatment area and not widespread to the brain lining
  • You should be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2 and Karnofsky 60+), and have at least 2 months expected survival
  • Your recent infections, heart issues, and other major illnesses must be stable enough for safe study treatment
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney tests must meet limits, and you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
