Radioactive drug for recurrent ependymoma and high-grade glioma

Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 21 years old (or up to 25 in certain cases).
  • You have a single tumor no larger than 3.5 cm and 22.4 mL, or multiple tumors that are close together.
  • Your tumor is above the tentorium (supratentorial) and not in the spine or involving the brain’s membranes (leptomeninges).
  • You have good liver and kidney function, and your blood counts are within safe ranges.
  • You have not had certain prior treatments like Bevacizumab within the last year or standard radiation within 12 weeks.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with a performance status of at least 60%.
