Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older
- Have higher TMAO levels (over 5 µM) and/or reduced kidney function (eGFR under 60)
- Be able to keep the same aspirin plan during the study, or pause aspirin products for 1 week before starting
- Be willing and able to follow a 12-week diet change and sign consent
- Not be pregnant
- Not have a major uncontrolled long-term illness (like unstable heart failure or serious lung/bleeding blood problems)
