Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older
  • Have higher TMAO levels (over 5 µM) and/or reduced kidney function (eGFR under 60)
  • Be able to keep the same aspirin plan during the study, or pause aspirin products for 1 week before starting
  • Be willing and able to follow a 12-week diet change and sign consent
  • Not be pregnant
  • Not have a major uncontrolled long-term illness (like unstable heart failure or serious lung/bleeding blood problems)
