  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a certain amount of fat in your liver (measured by a special scan).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 40, and your waist size is within a specific range.
  • Your weight has been stable (within 5%) for the last 3 months.
  • You do not drink more than 10 drinks per week (for women) or 15 drinks per week (for men).
