Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- Your aneurysm needs repair because it is large, growing, causing symptoms, ruptured, or high risk for rupture
- You may be considered high risk for open surgery, based on heart/lung health and other medical risk scores (but not the very highest risk score)
- Your scan (CT) must show your aorta and branch/connection areas have enough size and length to safely place the stent graft
- You can use X-ray–guided access through leg vessels (or a planned access approach) and have usable artery size for the device
- You agree to follow-up visits and can provide informed consent
