Who can take part

  • You had radical prostatectomy (prostate removed) for confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma
  • Your cancer stage is T1 to T3, but you do not have lymph node spread or metastases on tests
  • Your PSA is undetectable at the start of the study
  • You must be able to delay starting hormone or radiation treatment after surgery (no plan for adjuvant hormone or radiation)
  • Surgery must have been no more than 3 months before you enroll
  • You must have generally healthy kidneys, liver, and blood counts for treatment
