Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your blood cancer is advanced and has an IDH1 R132 mutation confirmed by testing.
  • You can provide repeated bone marrow biopsies, blood samples, and urine samples during the study.
  • Your body’s performance status is good (ECOG 0–2).
  • Your organ bloodwork is acceptable (liver and kidney numbers are within limits, and platelets can be supported with transfusions).
  • If you can become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test before starting and on the first day of study drug.
