  • You have had a complex injury to your arm or leg
  • You already finished your usual (standard) care for that injury
  • Your care was handled through an orthopaedic hand and upper extremity clinic/service
  • You are not in a group the study considers “vulnerable” (they may limit participation for safety or consent reasons)
