Who can take part

  • You have one of these injuries: ankle fracture, distal radius fracture, tibial plateau surgery, or spine surgery/non-surgery
  • If your injury happened, it was within 3 weeks before enrollment (or your surgery happens during enrollment)
  • You plan to use a personal internet-connected smartphone to answer check-in questions
  • You can read or use the phone as needed (limited/non-readers can’t join)
  • You speak English as a primary language
  • You are not incarcerated
