Who can take part

  • You have a Stage III pressure ulcer, and the wound is about 5 to 36 cc in volume
  • You may also have a Stage 1 or 2 diabetic foot ulcer (any size), but not a more advanced diabetic foot wound
  • You’re able to give consent (or have a person who can consent for you)
  • You can return for weekly wound check visits
  • You cannot be allergic to TISSEEL, Tegaderm, or silicon-containing products
  • You should not need special wound surgery or machines right now (negative pressure wound therapy, amputation, or surgery at the wound)
