Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old and can use birth control during the study if needed
- You have Buerger’s disease (diagnosed using the study’s criteria)
- You have at least one foot ulcer sized about 0.5 to 10 square centimeters
- Tests show poor blood flow: ABPI is 0.6 or less (or TBI is 0.5 or less if ABPI is high)
- You can understand the study and agree to sign consent and return for follow-up visits
