Who can take part
- Be a male 18 to 69 years old (penile cancer survivor or other qualifying cause).
- Have lost at least 75% of the penis from injury, cancer surgery, or a congenital condition (like micropenis).
- Have finished a clinic visit with the study surgeons to talk through reconstructive options and sign the consent forms.
- No HIV infection, and no active or recent serious infections like hepatitis B/C or tuberculosis.
- Agree to extra medical steps: skin sampling (biopsy) and bone-marrow infusion as part of treatment.
