Who can take part

  • You’re at least 18 years old.
  • You are the caregiver of an adult with significant memory/thinking problems (as confirmed by screening scores or a dementia diagnosis).
  • The adult was found to have significant cognitive impairment during the study’s baseline interview, or they could not complete it but you confirmed their impairment (using another screening score or a clinician’s diagnosis).
  • You agree (verbally) to let the study use past medical/care records for research.
  • You agree to take part in a follow-up outcome check at the end of the program and again around 6 months.
