This study tests a type of immune-cell therapy (cytokine-induced killer cells) for people with certain grade 1–2 aggressive brain tumors that have already been treated with radiation and temozolomide. It aims to see whether the treatment can control the tumor and be tolerated safely.

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can give informed consent
  • Your brain tumor is confirmed by biopsy as a grade 1–2 anaplastic glioma or glioblastoma
  • You have already had standard radiation for a grade 3–4 astrocytic tumor with at least 40 Gy total dose
  • You completed at least one full 28-day cycle of temozolomide taken daily for 5 days, and your tumor did not worsen and side effects were not too severe
  • Your overall function is fair (Karnofsky score 60 or higher) and blood/organ tests are within limits
  • You can use reliable birth control during the study (if applicable)
