Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed grade 4 malignant glioma (a fast-growing brain cancer).
  • Your cancer must have returned on MRI after prior treatment, and you should have no more than 3 prior relapses.
  • You must have already completed at least one full cycle of temozolomide (a chemotherapy) and not had unacceptable side effects or worsening during it.
  • You must be 18 or older, and have enough strength to function (Karnofsky score 60 or higher).
  • You must have measurable tumor areas on imaging, and be able to provide stored tumor tissue for review soon after enrollment.
  • You must be able to use effective birth control during the study and consent to participate.
