Who can take part
- You (or your child) are at least 12 years old and can sign consent.
- Your brain tumor was confirmed as grade 4 (like recurrent glioblastoma or similar) after prior radiation and temozolomide.
- You are well enough to participate: Karnofsky (age 16+) or Lansky (age under 16) score must be above 70.
- It has been at least 12 weeks since your radiation treatment (unless scans show early progression).
- Recent surgery is allowed only if you’re fully recovered: at least 3 weeks after resection or at least 1 week after a biopsy.
- Blood counts, liver tests, and kidney tests must meet required thresholds.
