Who can take part

  • You must have a brain meningioma proven by pathology (tissue diagnosis from a surgery/biopsy)
  • Your tumor must have one of the specific genetic markers (mutations or DNA copy number changes) checked by the trial’s central lab
  • Your meningioma must be measurable on imaging (MRI preferred): clearly outlined spots with at least 10 mm on two dimensions
  • The tumor must be progressing (or still present after surgery in a way that meets their rules), usually showing at least a 25% size increase within set scan time windows
  • Depending on which medicine you’re assigned, you must meet safety labs/heart rules and have recovered enough from any prior radiation or chemotherapy
