Who can take part
- You have NF2 confirmed by a genetic NF2 test or by specific NF2 diagnosis rules (NIH or Manchester criteria)
- You have a “target” NF2-related tumor that has been growing on MRI in the last 36 months
- Your tumor is measurable on MRI (size must meet the study’s minimum measurement rules)
- Your tumor is not a good candidate for surgery right now (either you choose not to have surgery or surgery is too risky)
- You can take part in the study and sign consent (and assent if age 12–17), and have enough overall health (Karnofsky ≥70 or ECOG 0–1)
