Who can take part
- Be between 7 and 21 years old
- Have a past infection caused by certain antibiotic-resistant gut bacteria (called ESC-R Enterobacteriaceae)
- Have a positive stool test showing the resistant bacteria are currently living in the gut
- Be able to come to study visits for the full schedule, with a parent/guardian who can attend
- Be able to provide signed consent/assent for the study
- Have no key safety issues, like immune problems, active bowel inflammation, or inability to use an NG tube
