Who can take part
- You must be able to give written consent
- You must fall into the study’s age ranges (19–50 for Arm 1, 30–75 for Arm 2)
- You must have one of the specific heart conditions listed (like heart muscle thickening or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) or meet the diabetes-related group criteria
- You must be able to have an MRI and the study’s injection/contrast (no MRI or contrast contraindications)
- If you’re in the study’s Arm 2 groups: your blood count and kidney function must be above the limits (hemoglobin and kidney filtration)
- You should not have severe claustrophobia, certain body weight/size limits (BMI 18.5–32), or a planned other research drug around the study dates
