Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed, confirmed non-Hodgkin lymphoma affecting the brain/meninges/CSF (and possibly the eyes)
- Your lymphoma is not in other body sites outside the brain, meninges, CSF, or eyes
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- Your blood counts are high enough (neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin must meet minimum levels)
- Your kidneys and heart are healthy enough for the medicines (kidney clearance and heart function limits apply)
- You have not had prior treatment for this brain lymphoma except steroids, and you do not have certain infections or immune-suppressing conditions
