Who can take part
- You must have newly diagnosed, lab-confirmed non-Hodgkin lymphoma that is only in the brain, meninges, spinal fluid, or eyes
- Your age must be between 18 and 75 years
- Your blood counts must be high enough: neutrophils at least 1.5, platelets at least 100, and hemoglobin at least 8
- Your kidneys must work well enough: creatinine clearance must be 60 mL/min or higher
- You must not have significant heart failure, uncontrolled infection, or active liver/lung disease that is not controlled
- You must not have HIV or another known cause of weakened immunity, and you must not have had cancer before
