Who can take part
- You were diagnosed in the hospital with an ischemic stroke or TIA (warning stroke), or a bleed in the brain (subarachnoid or intracerebral hemorrhage), or an undetermined stroke type.
- Your diagnosis must match one of the stroke types listed above.
- You are age 18 or older.
- You were able to be included based on the hospital event and diagnosis details.
