Who can take part

  • You have a typical (common) facial cleft
  • Your cleft is one of these types: cleft lip; cleft lip plus gum (alveolus); cleft lip plus gum plus palate; cleft lip plus palate
  • Or you have a cleft palate (open or “occult,” meaning a less visible type)
  • Your facial cleft is not an atypical Tessier facial cleft
