- You are age 20 or older
- You have symptomatic leg artery disease (peripheral artery disease)
- Your symptoms include intermittent claudication or critical limb ischemia
- You had a planned leg artery procedure, or were treated/attempted with an endovascular approach
- If this is the forward-looking part of the study, you must be able to participate after the study’s IRB approval date
