Steroid treatment to reduce inflammation in active MS lesions

Who can take part

  • You are an adult (age 18 or older) with multiple sclerosis
  • Your screening brain MRI shows an “active” lesion with gadolinium rim/edge changes
  • You can consent to the study and complete required visits, exams, and scans
  • You can have MRI safely (no incompatible implants/metal or needed removals) and can tolerate the scanner
  • You have not taken steroid pills/IV steroids within the last 30 days
  • If you could become pregnant, you agree to use birth control; you are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
