Who can take part
- You’re age 35 to 80, and you can provide informed consent
- Your clinic (office) blood pressure is below 140/90 while you’re being treated for hypertension
- Your 24-hour or daytime/night blood pressure readings are still higher than normal (based on the study thresholds)
- Your kidney function is adequate (eGFR is at least 45)
- You do not have serious kidney failure, unstable illness, or conditions that make treatment unsafe
