Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your nighttime (asleep) blood pressure is high on a blood pressure monitor—on average, asleep top number is at least 120
- You can keep a normal daytime routine and sleep at night (not working night/shift hours)
- You can give written consent and follow study instructions
- You do NOT have pregnancy
- You can tolerate the overnight blood pressure test (ABPM)
