This trial tests a physio-and-neuro “platform” to help retrain hand movement at home in people who are at least 6 months out from a stroke. It may help improve hand function and confidence doing daily tasks using an at-home retraining program.

Who can take part
- You had an ischemic or bleeding stroke at least 6 months ago
- Your affected arm/hand weakness is moderate (based on an upper-arm assessment score)
- You can straighten at least two fingers by about 10 degrees without pain during passive testing
- You are able to understand and follow the therapy instructions and focus for at least 10 minutes
- You are not already doing an upper-arm therapy program right now
