Oral BLEX 404 with azacitidine for higher-risk blood disorders

Who can take part

  • You are age 20 or older and can sign consent and follow study instructions
  • You have MDS (IPSS intermediate-1, intermediate-2, or high-risk) or CMML diagnosed by their scoring system
  • You have not had prior treatment for MDS/CMML, and you will start azacitidine for the first time in this study
  • Your health tests show you have enough liver and kidney function to safely take study treatment
  • Your energy level is good enough (ECOG 0 to 3)
  • If you can become pregnant (or are a partner of someone who can), you must use effective birth control as required
