Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed as adenocarcinoma
- Your cancer is either very high risk (based on PSA, Gleason score, or tumor stage) and/or has limited spread (oligometastatic)
- You have 5 or fewer bone metastases
- You are 18–75 years old and can give informed consent
- Your scan/exam shows no spread to internal organs (visceral metastasis) and no cancer invading the rectum or pelvic wall
- You are healthy enough for surgery (ECOG 0–1, meaning fully active or limited but up and about)
