Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or other tissue test.
- Your cancer has spread to up to 10 sites (on scans like PSMA PET/CT or MRI) but not to vital organs like the liver or lungs.
- The main tumor in your prostate can be surgically removed, or hormone therapy can shrink it enough so it becomes removable.
- Your testosterone level is not in the castrate range, or it has been in that range for 3 months or less.
- You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate blood, liver, and kidney function.
- You have not had more than 3 months of prior hormone therapy, or any prior radiation, chemotherapy, or focal treatment for prostate cancer.
- You do not have severe heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes, oxygen-dependent lung disease, or another active cancer in the last 5 years.
