- Your baby is a newborn or premature baby who had brain bleeding after birth
- The bleeding happened in the brain area called the brain cavity spaces or within the brain tissue
- Your baby is followed by the neurosurgery team at Laniado Hospital
- After birth, your baby was treated somewhere else before coming into this follow-up care
- You have follow-up visits for at least the first year—no missed follow-up that counts as being lost to follow-up
