Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You were diagnosed with a bleed inside the brain (not caused by injury, tumor, or blood thinners)
  • You had a blood test (including a hemoglobin check) and a CT scan as soon as you arrived at the hospital
  • You did not have surgery for this bleed
  • You were able to do your daily activities on your own before this bleed happened
  • The bleeding was not only in the fluid-filled spaces of the brain
