Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of X-CGD
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You are able to do daily activities at a good level (Karnofsky score above 80)
  • Your heart, kidney, liver, and lungs work well enough for the study medicines
  • You have no history of blood clots from a clotting disorder (negative thrombophilia test and no prior thrombotic events)
  • You can sign informed consent and agree to study procedures
