Who can take part

  • You finished external beam radiation (EBRT) at least 4 years ago, or at least 5 years ago if you also had hormone therapy (ADT) around that time.
  • Your recurrence is confined to less than one half (less than or equal to one lobe) of the prostate on specialized scans (PSMA scan and prostate MRI).
  • You must have a biopsy that proves the cancer is back, and the positive samples must come from the same suspicious area seen on the scans.
  • You should have an expected lifespan of about 10 years or more.
  • Your PSA level must be under 10.
