Who can take part
- You have advanced lung, stomach, pancreatic, liver, or colorectal cancer
- You can provide a cancer tissue sample (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded) for testing
- Your basic blood counts and organ tests are high enough (for example, hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, kidney function, and liver enzymes within allowed limits)
- You can breathe comfortably at rest, with oxygen level at least 90% on room air
- You have no major recent heart problems or serious organ failure and no significant uncontrolled infections or bleeding problems
- You can consent and agree to follow-up visits for up to 1 year (and pregnancy prevention if applicable)
