Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a confirmed recurrent high-grade brain glioma, and doctors plan a biopsy or surgery
- You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–2 or similar), and your labs are strong enough for treatment
- Recent bloodwork, liver tests, and kidney tests must be within required limits
- You must be able to get a brain MRI (with or without contrast) before treatment and sign consent
- If you are able to become pregnant, you need a recent negative pregnancy test; you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
