  • You can join one of these groups: normal memory, mild cognitive impairment, or mild Alzheimer’s (with confirmed diagnosis)
  • Your memory/thinking scores must match the group you’re applying for, based on formal testing and expert review
  • You must have normal blood sugar control or prediabetes, based on specific diabetes guidelines
  • You must have a reliable study partner who can attend key visits with you
  • You must avoid certain conditions that can affect thinking, like stroke, Parkinson’s disease, or major recent brain injury
  • You must be able to safely do brain imaging (MRI) if required

This study is looking for older adults (60–90) who are either cognitively normal, have mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or have mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's dementia. It aims to see how digital tests and blood-based markers relate to brain scans (amyloid and tau PET). You will need a study partner, undergo MRI and PET scans, and give blood samples.
