This study is looking for older adults (60–90) who are either cognitively normal, have mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or have mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's dementia. It aims to see how digital tests and blood-based markers relate to brain scans (amyloid and tau PET). You will need a study partner, undergo MRI and PET scans, and give blood samples.

Who can take part
- You are between 60 and 90 years old and have a study partner (a friend or family member who spends at least 8 hours a week with you).
- You are willing to have an MRI brain scan and two PET scans (amyloid and tau) within a few months.
- You are able to speak and understand the language of the tests at the study site.
- You have a Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) score between 16 and 30 (a brief test of cognitive function).
- You have not had a stroke, seizure, or certain cancers in the last few years, and you do not have unstable psychiatric symptoms or substance abuse issues.
- You weigh at least 110 pounds and are not currently taking a disease-modifying Alzheimer's treatment.
