Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have been taking daily steroid tablets (glucocorticoids) for at least 28 days
  • Have a steroid dose of at least 7.5 mg prednisone-equivalent per day on average
  • Have taken at least 420 mg total prednisone-equivalent over time before joining
  • Your doctor does not require tapering for your original disease (tapering is not or is no longer mandatory)
  • Be able and willing to give informed consent and follow study instructions
