Who can take part

  • You can sign consent and clearly understand the study.
  • Your glioblastoma diagnosis was confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery results).
  • You finished the first 6 weeks of standard radiation plus chemo, and you have not started the usual next-phase temozolomide maintenance yet.
  • You can swallow pills and your body can tolerate oral chemotherapy based on labs and exam.
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver tests are strong enough before starting treatment.
  • You are age 18–74, expected to live more than 3 months, and your function level is good (KPS 70 or higher).
