Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a common teen spinal curve).
- Your spinal curve measurement is between 10° and 20° (Cobb’s angle).
- Your bone growth stage is early (Risser grade 2 or less).
- You have never had scoliosis surgery or a brace/orthotic treatment before.
- You are either before your first period or within 1 year after starting your first period.
- You can safely do the scheduled breathing and exercise tests and follow the brace schedule, both physically and mentally.
