Who can take part

  • You have intrahepatic (inside the liver) cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy after first-line treatment
  • Your scans show no spread outside the liver and no fluid buildup in the abdomen (ascites)
  • Your general health is good enough for treatment (performance status 0–1) and you are expected to live more than 3 months
  • The tumor cannot be safely removed with curative-intent surgery (checked by a specialist team)
  • Blood counts and kidney/liver tests meet safety limits (including enough platelets, blood cells, and kidney function)
