Who can take part
- You are age 14 or older
- You have been diagnosed with Cushing’s syndrome that is from the pituitary, an ectopic source, or the adrenal gland
- Your diagnosis may include a mild adrenal form (MACS) or a “silent” corticotroph tumor
- Your diagnosis is based on standard hormone testing, scans, or surgical/biopsy results (the study doctor reviews this)
- You must not have Cushing’s caused by medicines (iatrogenic Cushing’s)
