Who can take part
- You (or your child/guardian) must be age 10 to 42 now, and Cushing disease was treated successfully before age 21
- Your recent cortisol levels must be normal or low (or you take cortisol medicine because your body makes too little)
- You (or your legal guardian) can give permission for the study, and you can agree as well if appropriate
- You must be willing to join the DNA/genetics part if you have family members joining too
- Family members ages 2 to 90 with a family history of pituitary tumors may need to participate in the genetics analysis
